- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that drive adoption, revenue growth, and customer success
- Develop messaging and marketing initiatives that align with different types of customers and personas (CIOs, VPs of IT, and Administrators)
- Create compelling short-form content that communicates the technical and business value of our products
- Act as a product evangelist and participate in webinars, interviews, and briefings
- Develop business cases and support sales with collaterals and presentations
- Plan and execute product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and maximizing product visibility and adoption
- Partner with product management to build and deliver enablement content to help Sales easily communicate the value of HYCU to prospects
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to identify opportunities, inform decision-making and inform differentiated messaging and positioning
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement
What We re Looking For:
- 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of success
- Technical background and willingness to collaborate with product management, pre-sales engineers, and customer success
- Experience with market research, customer segmentation, and persona development
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging and narratives that resonate with target audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Willingness to engage with customers and prospects in your area of focus
- Strong presentation skills, comfortable presenting in front of internal and external audiences
- Flexibility to work evening hours that overlap with US counterparts
- Bachelor s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
It s Great if You Have:
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and solutions like Jira Service Management and ServiceNow
- Familiarity with engineering toolchain (Atlassian Suite, Azure DevOps, Git Repositories, etc.)
- Experience within data protection, cloud-native, security, data storage industries
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup
