Job Responsibilities:
Take end-to-end ownership of the new user funnel (acquisition funnel).
Drive the growth strategy for the acquisition team
Understand user behavior during acquisition, conversion, and retention stages by studying the game aspects, product features and player activity to obtain a holistic understanding of the product and user.
Perform extensive analysis of user data to identify user problems and come up with innovative solutions
Strategize, implement and experiment (A/B Test) new communication/product feature ideas.
Drive and monitor A/B tests and data driven experiments to strive for continuous improvement in the acquisition funnel.
Work closely with the product and marketing teams to formulate and execute product features which help improve the acquisition funnel.
Effectively utilize all the communication channels to optimize a new user funnels.

E - Strong logical and analytical skills
E - 2-3 years of experience in product marketing/growth role (preferably B2C digital business)
