We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join the Product Marketing team at Recharge. This person will drive our strategy, value proposition and content for enterprise DTC brands. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping and executing targeted marketing initiatives, leveraging a deep understanding of our product, the competitive landscape and market trends.
What you'll Do:
Live by and champion our organizational values: Accountability, Collaboration, Iteration & Details.
Develop, orchestrate, and execute marketing strategies and programs, partnering closely with content marketing and demand generation.
Become a product and market expert to determine the value proposition for our enterprise segment and which features and use cases are most important to this segment.
Partner with Account Executives and Business Development Representatives to impact outreach effectiveness and efficiency through research, enablement, presentation and sequence reviews.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to define and prioritize short and long-term programs and campaigns to drive engagement in key accounts.
Work closely with Customer Success to ensure new product launches are adopted by top customers.
Measure performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to enhance our roadmap and growth, utilizing data insights to influence future strategy.
Define, monitor, and analyze metrics for campaigns to ensure strategic goals are met, leveraging data insights to influence future strategy.
Participate in industry and company-hosted conferences and events.
What you'll Bring:
Minimum of 4+ years of Product Marketing or ecommerce marketing experience, including a track record of developing Enterprise marketing programs or working for an Enterprise brand.
Involvement in competitive analysis and using insights to drive change and growth.
Strong written and verbal communication skills - you are comfortable presenting to a group of people and writing a blog post.
Experience using APIs or marketing APIs to a technical audience.
Experience supporting sales teams with 1:1 and 1:few campaigns and presentations.
Highly organized and strong attention to detail with a motivated, self-starter attitude.
Demonstrated ability to organize and lead cross-functional project teams for impactful go-to-market launches.
Ability to work independently as we'll as in a team-oriented environment.
Experience in ecommerce technology is a plus
