We are seeking a reliable, Field Product Manager spearheading the Technical Services support to existing and new customers.
Responsibilities
Technical Upgradation of sales team in assigned geography.
Keeping himself updated with latest technical development in dairy industry and developing
internal competencies to provide customer support.
Maximizing Reach: Leveraging technical knowledge of team.
Acting as a bridge between Sales &Operation team.
Close co-ordination with Marketing function for supporting marketing strategies & Campaigns
Imparting Training to Vets & other stockholders in GOI Business & other institutions
Providing technical services to customers in assigned geography (On-site and off-site support)
Leading customers meeting on relevant topics with an objective to become partner of choice.
Handling Test queries / complaints and giving feedback to Lab Ops.
Nurturing scientific relations with Academic / Research institutions
Representing PathVets in scientific deliberations / seminars etc.
Ensure all required documentation and reports are completed
Maintain accurate records of farm visits and ensure that follow-up to customer requests are completed on schedule
Attend PathVets, dairy Industry Meeting / Seminars
