Job Description
As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products by effectively communicating their value propositions to our target audience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and marketing to develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that resonate with customers and drive business growth.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and messaging.
Develop Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategies: Collaborate with product management to develop comprehensive GTM strategies for new product launches and feature releases, including defining target audience, positioning, pricing, and promotional tactics.
Messaging and Positioning: Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the unique value proposition of our products to target audiences across various channels.
Content Creation: Create high-quality marketing collateral including sales enablement materials, product videos, website content, case studies, and whitepapers to support marketing and sales initiatives.
Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools and training to effectively sell our products, including developing sales presentations, FAQs, battle cards, and competitive analysis documents.
Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our products across various channels including digital, social media, events, and partnerships.
Customer Insights: Work closely with customer success and support teams to gather customer feedback and insights, and use this information to continuously refine product messaging, positioning, and marketing strategies.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyse key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, and use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns and strategies.
