Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Product Marketing Manager to join our Bloor Research team. You will be responsible implementing the products driven out from Bloor Research, driving the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for our products. You will play a key role in ensuring that our products resonate with customers and stand out in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research:

  1. Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Identify target audiences and develop detailed buyer personas.

Product Positioning & Messaging:

  1. Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that highlights the unique features and benefits of Bloor products, with direction from the leadership team.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  1. Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and upgrades, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.

Sales Enablement:

  1. Create sales tools and training materials for the sales team to effectively articulate the product's value proposition. Conduct product training sessions for the sales team as needed.

Demand Generation:

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that generate demand and drive customer engagement.

Product Lifecycle Management:

  1. Monitor product performance throughout its lifecycle, making recommendations for enhancements based on market feedback and performance metrics.

Customer Engagement:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for customer feedback regarding the product. Gather insights from customers to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Support to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Metrics and Reporting:

  1. Analyse metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Experience:

3-5 years of product marketing experience.

Skills:

Strong understanding of product marketing principles and best practices.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
