Job Summary:The Product Marketing Webinar Lead is responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive product marketing strategies and the oversight of all webinar-related activities. This role combines strategic planning, content creation, and project management to effectively promote our products and engage our audience through informative and engaging webinars.
Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and product adoption.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Define product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote new product launches, feature updates, and special promotions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future marketing efforts.
Sales Enablement:
- Develop sales tools and training materials to support the sales team in effectively communicating product value propositions.
- Conduct product training sessions for sales and customer support teams.
Webinar Strategy and Planning:
- Develop an annual webinar strategy aligned with overall marketing goals and product launches.
- Identify relevant topics, speakers, and formats to attract and engage target audiences.
Webinar Execution:
- Manage end-to-end webinar logistics, including scheduling, promotion, registration, and follow-up communications.
- Coordinate with speakers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of webinars.
- Host or moderate webinars as needed, ensuring a professional and engaging experience for attendees.
Audience Engagement:
- Develop strategies to increase webinar attendance and engagement, including email marketing, social media promotion, and partnership outreach.
- Interact with webinar attendees during live sessions, addressing questions and fostering discussion.
Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze webinar performance metrics, including attendance rates, engagement levels, and feedback.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve future webinars and overall webinar strategy.
Qualifications:- Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- 1-2 years experience in product marketing, webinar management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and webinars.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, GoToWebinar) and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
