Product Manager

Job Title: ECM Product Manager(Cloud Technology/Digital Solutions)

Job Description:

As the ECM Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software products. You will drive the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of the ECM product portfolio, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the ECM product portfolio.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify market needs and opportunities.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to prioritize features, define requirements, and manage product development lifecycle.

- Work with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for ECM products.

- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to iterate and improve product features and functionalities.

- Manage the product lifecycle from conception through launch, growth, and eventual retirement.

- Act as a subject matter expert for ECM products, providing guidance and support to internal teams and customers.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- 10-12 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years focused on ECM or related software products.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing ECM products throughout their lifecycle.

- Strong understanding of ECM technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive cross-functional teams towards common goals.

- Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.

- Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
