Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager located in Mumbai. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of our products throughout their lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and oversee the product roadmap. You will also conduct market research, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to drive product success.

Qualifications

• Product management, project management, and agile methodologies
• Experience in software development and product lifecycle management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus
• Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products
