Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager at Workassist located in Mumbai. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our online recruitment and employment platform. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of new features, conducting market research, gathering feedback from users, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our platform.

• Product Development:
• Collaborate with the product development team to conceptualize, design, and implement new investment products.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for product innovation.
• Work closely with investment analysts and portfolio managers to ensure that new products are aligned with market demands and investment objectives.
• Product Management:
• Manage the lifecycle of existing investment products, including performance analysis, benchmarking, and ongoing optimization.
• Monitor competitor products and market dynamics to identify areas for product improvement and differentiation.
• Develop marketing collateral and sales tools to promote existing products and support distribution channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management or related roles
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
