Role Overview: The Product Manager and Lead Business Analyst will play a vital role within the newly established AI and Automation Solutions division, working closely with the Head of AI and Automation in the US and key US banking clients. This position will focus on building transformative automation solutions for Contact Center, Deposit Management, Loan Onboarding, Dispute Resolution, and Fraud Management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Lifecycle Management
- Drive all stages of the product lifecycle, including market and product research, competitor analysis, planning, requirements development, and product launch.
- Create product strategy documents detailing business cases, use cases, technical requirements, revenue models, and ROI.
2. Product Strategy & Development
- Translate strategic product goals into detailed requirements for engineering teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on prototypes and final deliverables.
- Analyze market data to shape sales strategies and product objectives, contributing to effective marketing communications.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful development, quality assurance, and product release.
- Optimize resource allocation to meet objectives and maintain organizational alignment.
4. Market Positioning
- Develop product positioning and messaging tailored to differentiate across primary market segments.
5. Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Lead business analysis for AI/GenAI-driven solutions, especially for B2B SaaS banking products.
- Conduct client interviews and requirement analysis to document and refine product features.
