Overview
The Product Manager plays a crucial role in the organization by driving the development and success of the company's products. They are responsible for strategizing, prioritizing, and delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and align with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies that drive growth and align with the company's objectives
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competition
- Analyze data to make informed product decisions and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches
- Define product requirements and manage the product development process
- Lead and prioritize the product backlog in an agile development environment
- Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and metrics to iterate and improve the product
- Champion the user experience and interface design of the product
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on product goals
- Drive product launches and go-to-market strategies
- Manage and track the product development timeline and milestones
- Identify and address potential risks and obstacles related to product development and delivery
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends
- Provide leadership and guidance to the product team
- Continuously seek opportunities for product innovation and improvement
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in product management,
- B tech from a tier 1 or 2 college preferred.
- Proven experience in product lifecycle management from concept to launch.
- Ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
- Ability to identify new product opportunities and drive product differentiation.
