Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Product Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our mental health products and services. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering and a strong passion for mental health.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's goals and market needs.

Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the mental health sector.

User-Centered Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and mental health professionals, to ensure a user-centered approach in product development.

Execution & Product Delivery: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization.

Communication & Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and ensure product alignment with user needs.

Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure the success of product initiatives.

Innovation & Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in mental health and technology to drive continuous innovation.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Experience: Proven experience in product management, preferably within the health or technology sectors.

Passion for Mental Health: A genuine passion for mental health and a strong desire to make a positive impact in this field.

Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of technology and product development processes.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Leadership & Initiative: Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion.
