Job Title: Product Manager

• Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth product research and competitor analysis to understand consumer preferences and market dynamics in India. Use insights to inform product development strategies.

Product Specification & Development:

Define product specifications, features, and performance requirements based on market demands. Ensure the product aligns with the company's goals and customer needs.

• Idea Generation & Innovation:

Generate creative and innovative ideas for new products or enhancements to existing products. Collaborate with teams to brainstorm and refine concepts.Develop prototypes and conduct rigorous testing to validate product designs and functionalities. Ensure the product meets quality and performance standards.Work closely with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful product development. Coordinate efforts to meet deadlines and launch products on time.Monitor product development timelines, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to evaluate the viability and profitability of new products. Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights.Manage and maintain product documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and other marketing materials. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.Qualifications & Skills:
