Job Title: Product Manager

• Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct in-depth product research and competitor analysis to understand consumer preferences and market dynamics in India. Use insights to inform product development strategies.

Product Specification & Development:Define product specifications, features, and performance requirements based on market demands. Ensure the product aligns with the company's goals and customer needs.

Idea Generation & Innovation:Generate creative and innovative ideas for new products or enhancements to existing products. Collaborate with teams to brainstorm and refine concepts.

Prototyping & Testing:Develop prototypes and conduct rigorous testing to validate product designs and functionalities. Ensure the product meets quality and performance standards.

Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful product development. Coordinate efforts to meet deadlines and launch products on time.

Project Management:Monitor product development timelines, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Feasibility & Cost Analysis:Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to evaluate the viability and profitability of new products. Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights.

Product Documentation Management:Manage and maintain product documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and other marketing materials. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

• Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience (2-3 years) in product management or a similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
