About the Position
As Product Manager, you will work closely with our Head of Product and Product Leaders across different product areas to solve our customers sourcing and talent engagement problems. Sense is acknowledged as a category leader in the Intelligent Automation space and as a product manager for its flagship product - Engage, you will play a key role in fostering the products further towards its future vision.
Role and Responsibilities
- Work with the product leadership on the future of Intelligent Automation and its various missions, own the product roadmap and zoom in further to meticulously define the product requirements and own the product backlog and feature delivery
- Work closely with the User Experience team to create designs as per the product requirements and translate them into high-fidelity wireframes
- Work closely with US-based customers to fully automate their hiring and recruitment challenges and build valuable solutions for them
- Play a pivotal role in the EPD (Engineering, Product, and Design) team triad and collaborate with them to ensure they understand the product requirements well and are unblocked in the development phase.
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure they understand the product requirement document to translate the same into test cases and consequently review the test cases to ensure the comprehensiveness of the same as per the defined requirements.
- Review the feature post-development and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the feature is as per the defined requirements and meets customer needs.
- Work with the Product Manager and Product Marketing Manager to manage the product feature release.
- Interface with Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and Center of Excellence teams and conduct demos and training on the new features for the internal team enablement.
- Keep a close track of product metrics by working with Product Analysts and coming up with actionable insights
- Work closely with various customer-facing teams and stakeholders to understand the day-to-day usage of your owned feature area and come up with product enhancements to make their lives easier
Skills and Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech or M.B.A with at least 3 - 5 years of experience in the product management role
- Proficient in English, with good written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Excellent academics throughout
- Good System Design and Analytical skills to able to take a problem statement and conceptualize solutions for the same
- Good knowledge of the software development life cycle
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to work harmoniously within a team environment
- Ability to process and apply feedback constructively
- Ability to do what it takes to get the job done
