Key Responsibilities
Product Launch & Market Introduction
Develop and execute comprehensive plans for launching new products in the market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and engagement teams, to
create Go-to-Market plans.
Own the Product Feedback Loop
Conduct product demonstrations for clients to showcase new features and benefits.
Gather extensive client feedback during and after product launches to identify areas for
improvement.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by conducting post-launch reviews and
implementing lessons learned.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance product offerings.
Translate feedback into actionable items for the product roadmap.
Documentation & Training
Create detailed product manuals and training materials to support client onboarding and
usage.
Facilitate training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of product
functionalities.
Collaboration with Tech Teams
Work closely with the Data Science and Tech teams to prioritize feedback and integrate
it into future product iterations.
Monitor product performance post-launch and report on key metrics to inform ongoing
improvements.
Qualifications
Required
4 to 7 years of experience in Product Management.
Proven track record in launching new products and managing the growth trajectory of
products from 1 to 10 stages (or milestones).
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate feedback into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present
complex information clearly.
Expertise in creating user documentation and training materials.
Willingness to work with clients and internal teams based in the US, accommodating
different time zones as necessary.
Preferred
Familiarity with the lending industry or financial technology is a plus.
