As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative solutions at the intersection of logistics, IoT, and AI/ML technologies. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, with a primary focus on driving value delivery to our customers through cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and opportunities in the logistics IoT space.
- Define and articulate a compelling product strategy that leverages AI/ML technologies to address key industry challenges.
Product Roadmap and Planning:
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the companys goals and customer requirements.
- Define the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, and sales, to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements.
AI/ML Integration:
- Drive the integration of AI/ML technologies into the product, working closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure seamless implementation.
- Explore and recommend new AI/ML advancements that can enhance the products capabilities.
Requirements Definition:
- Clearly define and document product requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Ensure that requirements align with the overall product strategy and address customer pain points.
Agile Development and Iteration:
- Embrace Agile methodologies for product development, participating in sprints, and facilitating iterative development cycles.
- Incorporate feedback loops and data-driven insights to refine and optimize product features based on user feedback, performance metrics, and changing market dynamics.
Product Launch and Go-to-Market:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product releases, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Customer Engagement:
- Engage directly with customers to understand their evolving needs, gather feedback on AI/ML features, and communicate the value proposition effectively.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and measure the success of product initiatives.
- Use A/B testing and other methodologies to optimize product features and user experiences.
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (2-6 years) as a Product Manager ideally in a SaaS start-up, with a focus on logistics, IoT, and AI/ML technologies.
- Deep understanding of logistics processes and a passion for leveraging advanced technologies to solve industry challenges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
