Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our Product team in Hyderabad and evolve our Rewards and Communications platform. You will play a key role for the entire product lifecycle and will be responsible for driving up customer engagement through innovative product features and strategies.
What you will do:
Ideation and Innovation:
- Build critical platform components to help marketers execute communication and rewards campaigns effectively
- Ideate and discover opportunities for product improvement and evolution
- Stay updated on emerging trends in Fintech to develop cutting-edge solutions
Documentation and Planning:
- Create clear documentation, including PRDs and marketing and operations collaterals, that align stakeholders to work towards shared objectives
- Plan projects and define scope of work by collaborating with other product managers working on Rewards and Communications platform
Stakeholder Management and Product Prioritization:
- Proactively manage stakeholders through regular communications to ensure alignment across Engineering, Marketing, Data and AI teams
- Apply data-informed decision-making, including analysis of success metrics, to prioritize product initiatives based on impact and feasibility
From your experience, you should:
- Overall experience up to 8 years, with 3-4 years of product management experience
- 1-2 years experience with Ad products focused on improving customer engagement will be a huge plus
- Passion for Fintech and a desire to build high-quality customer-centric products
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to showcase information to diverse audiences
- Strong sense of agency to own initiatives and drive them to completion
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to ensure consistent high-quality work
