Position Overview:
We are seeking a
Product Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy and executing the roadmap from concept through launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure that we build products that meet customer needs and align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements and translate them into actionable insights
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products on time
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop product positioning and messaging that aligns with target customer segments
- Monitor product performance metrics and iterate on features based on customer feedback
- Support the marketing team with the launch strategy and promotional activities for new products
- Represent the product vision and inspire stakeholders across the organization
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Design, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product management or related roles in a technology-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to define a product vision and successfully execute product strategies
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decisions
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and the software development process
