Requirements:
Responsible for overall success of an implementation in addition to internal resource management and career development.
Must oversee project dependencies that occur during significant design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts through technical and operational project managers.
Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring progress of the project. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Provide executive summaries and reports to management using Jira/any other tool. Ensure that all project deliverable is delivered on-time and within scope.
Report and escalate to management for resourcing issues, technical feasibility, or any blockers that the project team is facing.
Encourage employee engagement by promoting a positive work environment.
Manage employee performance through regular feedback and coaching. Conduct annual performance reviews and set goals for employees and implement strategies to improve employee retention
Work with other managers to identify training and development needs. Plan and coordinate team-building activities
Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and performance
Skills Required
8+ years experience managing people in a corporate set up
Should have greater than 5yrs of project management experience including handling Customer, Team, and Portfolio.
Managed at least 1-2 projects through the End-to-End Project lifecycle
Proven ability to develop and implement strategies that support business goals
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Handled Project Teams of 10-20 members
Experience in any of the SCM Products will be an advantage (have worked with multiple retailers, hospitality or FMCG)
Good knowledge of Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile methodologies
Able to effectively use the established frameworks in project execution, client handling, resource utilization, resource mentoring etc.
Experience in handling client calls, Monitoring multiple projects and familiar with Project Management tools, like JIRA/Trello/ASANA...etc.
Experience in leading and mentoring people as part of the project life cycle.
