About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager Principal who will play a role in shaping the future of Sagent. Our innovative products empower clients in the mortgage industry to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Product Manager Principal to lead a team focused on Integration of Sagent products with internal applications as well as 3rd party vendors.
Your Day-to-Day at Sagent:
- Leading requirement gathering with business and technical stakeholders focused on identifying goals and considerations rather than requested solutions.
- Creating integration specifications, diagrams, use cases and other documentation as required to communicate the full scope of integrations.
- Authoring Agile User Stories in Azure DevOps.
- Strong experience in data mapping & Vendor integrations.
- Ability work independently with internal & external stakeholders to develop roadmap & publish requirements.
- Contribute to Agile rituals with product, design, development, & QA teams.
- Working knowledge of YAML/Swagger is added advantage.
- Performing post release validation testing to ensure successful launches.
- Identifying and sharing insights and recommendations with various stakeholders.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in agile software development environments with business stakeholders, developers, QA testers, designers & copy writers.
- 3+ Years of experience working in Integration projects.
- Knowledge of the mortgage industry is a must.

- You excel at creating consensus and producing high impact outcomes leading teams with diverse goals and skillsets.
- You prioritize critical evaluation from diverse stakeholders to maximize the predictability of outcomes.
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and can easily summarize both business and technology topics for executive leaders.
- You are passionate about the user experience.
Position will require scheduling flexibility due to extensive collaboration with onshore teams.
