JD- Product Manager (PM)
As a Product Manager, you will play a lead role in maintaining and supporting current solution on Employee Central Payroll for Mexico, UK, Ireland, Finland and Norway Payroll including all aspects related to security compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring stability of the platform, ability to solve issues proactively, ensure operational efficiency of end to end process in partnership with business stakeholders.
You will also be responsible for partnering with other stakeholders across business and technology in setting a shared vision, understanding user value, prioritizing work. To do that well, you will develop a deep understanding of the problem you are solving, users and solution space. In partnership with key stakeholders and your team set an ambitious and clear goals that will deliver high-quality user experiences and outcomes.
To help you and your team get to outcomes that matter, you will get expert support from different stakeholders e.g. business and other product teams.

Qualifications
- Good functional knowledge of Mexico, UK, Ireland, Finland and Norway Payroll
- Role will include scaling current support team strategically as more countries get implemented on Employee Central Payroll across different time zones
- Good understanding of Employee Central Payroll to Mexico, UK, Ireland, Finland and Norway Payroll
- Hands on experience in configuration of Employee Central payroll for Mexico, UK, Ireland, Finland and Norway to fix bugs, change request and enhancements.
- Assist with performing monthly system testing as new patches/fixes are applied (i.e., Employee Central Payroll).
- Good understanding of standard SAP Integrations with Employee Central Payroll
- Experience of maintaining large scale enterprise applications ensuring stability, uptime, seamless operational efficiency of end-to-end payroll process for Employee Central Payroll to support Mexico, UK, Ireland, Finland and Norway.
- Experience of setting up robust support model by leveraging mix of colleague and external partner teams
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders, influencing change, driving end to end user journey based solution design
- Experience of creating/influencing roadmap, has good understanding of HR & Payroll processes
- Experience in Agile Product Delivery
- Problem-solving and communications skills (written and verbal) that reflect structured, clear, and objective thinking
- Enough technical depth to comfortably engage in problem solving with technical members
