Key goals & responsibilities Should be comfortable in working with large data Should be conversant in collaborating with technology team Product development in a lean team Optimization for Product linked growth Experienced in automation of analytics reports, & adept in using analytics across social, and measurement tools across site and app - Campaign Tracking, Marketing Dashboards Should be conversant in A/B testing (digital marketing tools) especially for online campaigns for registrations, downloads and monthly actives
Should be innovative to try beyond digital including growth hacks and on ground partnerships (non-digital) Should be adept in working with data stacks, in analyzing trends on an ongoing basis & understand the science from data/user behaviour/funnels Should crack a sustainable (organic) growth strategy through a product focused approach Improve engagement & retention : DAU:MAU, Cohorts Should be keen to play a pivotal role in scaling a first of its kind- India found network & taking it to a global scale
