Job Overview

We are hiring a Product Manager to join our team at Optical Arc Pvt. Ltd. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing our software products and ensuring their success in the market. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team of developers and designers. The job is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India and can be done remotely. We are looking for someone with more than 10 years of experience in product management.

Qualifications and Skills

• More than 10 years of experience in product management
• Strong technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to gather and interpret market research data
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in the IT services industry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Gather and analyze market data to identify customer needs and trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and design, to build and launch successful products
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business objectives and user feedback
• Manage the product development process, including requirements gathering, prototyping, testing, and release
• Monitor and measure product performance, and make data-driven decisions to drive product improvement
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management
