Role & responsibilities
- Strategize, conceptualize, and plan the product PLC for multiple product SKUs in different segments
- Ability to develop and control project master plan (pre-launch, launch, and sustenance strategy) and implement it, review.
- Lead discussion with cross-function dept. with marketing, finance, sales, retail and supply chain and support them deliver high quality projects in time, based on 4P.
- Should have good understanding of smartphone industry, competitive and user feedback to define market opportunities, contribute in making product roadmap and product planning;
- Build a deep understanding of Smartphone customers, user & price segments and personas in conjunction with Consumer insight team.
- Define product-level features & attributes, differentiators, and Reason to Believe (RTB) in conjunction with product marketing, Retail and sales teams.
- Result oriented, ability to manage cross-function team members and control milestones to make sure that the project gets delivered in time
- Keep a track on competition landscape, upcoming technology trends, consumer requirement and share with team on regular basis
Preferred candidate profile
- Data-driven, results oriented leader with 6 to 8 years of experience in Product Management, candidates with PMP certificate preferred
- Ability to lead brainstorming, strategy making and cooperate across different departments, keen insight of consumer and always understand the latest industry trends.
- A deep understanding of the industry, consumers and tech products.
- Strong creative ability to develop new ideas on the communication plan and execute on the creative ideas.
- Comfortable working in a highly dynamic, agile working environment and manage conflicting priorities.
