Key Responsibilities:
Own Product Vision and Roadmap: Define and maintain the product vision and architecture, developing and managing the product roadmap to align with our overall business strategy and goals.
Product Improvements: Take ownership of planned product improvements, tracking them from conception through to implementation.
Translate Strategy into Requirements: Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes that guide the design and development process.
Data-Driven Prioritization: Use data analytics and user feedback to prioritize product features and enhancements, ensuring we focus on what matters most to our users.
Monitor Product Performance: Continuously monitor product performance and engagement metrics to inform ongoing product development and improvement.
Industry and Competitor Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, understanding our customers alternatives and helping execute a product positioning strategy that sets us apart from the competition.
Identify Opportunities for Innovation: Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation to ensure our platform remains competitive and cutting-edge.
Lead User Experience Initiatives: Spearhead the end-to-end influencer experience, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and engaging journey from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
Platform Enhancements: Drive platform initiatives to enhance our offering, using data insights to personalize the influencer experience and introduce innovative engagement and monetization models.
Integration Management: Oversee the integration of the Influencer Application with our Core Services and Platform, ensuring a cohesive and unified user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design and engineering teams to translate vision into reality, ensuring products are not only feasible but also exceed user expectations.
Strategic Decision-Making: Engage in strategic decision-making, balancing user needs with business goals to guide the product roadmap and achieve impactful results.
Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior Product Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, in transportation, logistics, or on-demand services.
Proven experience with applications for influencer platforms or similar user bases.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience with gamification techniques in product design.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in product management tools and software.
