Product Manager

OLX is looking for a customer-obsessed & entrepreneurial Product Manager to join OLX India, based out of our office in Gurgaon .The group helps millions of buyers to discover & select items from millions of listed items across multiple categories that best suit their needs. The Buyer Experience group also plays a crucial role in helping sellers seamlessly sell their items by engaging in meaningful conversations with serious/strong intent buyers, using AI/ML to help them respond to buyer queries quickly and efficiently.

What You'll do :

Traffic Acquisition: Identify and prioritize channels for acquiring new users, including but not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), appstore optimisation (ASO).

Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, business and marketing to optimize the user journey and improve conversion rates at various touchpoints within the platform.

Retention Strategies: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance user engagement, satisfaction, and retention, such as personalized recommendations, loyalty programs, and targeted communications.

User Analysis: Utilize data analytics and user research to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and trends, informing decision-making and product development efforts.

Product Roadmap: Work backwards from Customers pain point to gather requirements and come up with creative solutions to solve them leading to Buyer's product roadmap. Be responsible to launch initiatives as per roadmap and assess impact.

Who We are looking for :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

4 plus years of Proven track record of success in product management roles, with a focus on traffic acquisition, user acquisition, or growth in online marketplaces or similar digital platforms.

Experience in Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Experience in software development is a plus.
