Job Responsibilities
- The role holder is responsible for driving Digital products/Businesses, developing business strategy, optimizing financial planning, ensuring superior user experiences, expanding market presence, fostering effective stakeholder engagement, developing innovative solutions to address challenges and opportunities for technology driven initiatives. Also, the role holder will be responsible for P&L specific digital businesses.
- The core responsibilities include:
Product Lifecycle Management And Strategy Development
- Drive the product lifecycle, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals and market demands.
- Lead the conceptualization of innovative products, identifying opportunities and addressing mobility challenges effectively.
Financial Analysis and Resource Allocation:
- Develop detailed business cases, financial models, and organization structures, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Assess financial viability, analyze ROI, and manage product profitability for sustainable growth.
- Champion P&L of Digital products/Business.
User-Centric Design And Stakeholder Communication
- Oversee the refinement of user requirements, collaborating closely with UX/UI designers for exceptional interfaces.
- Drive design thinking initiatives, translating insights into innovative and user-centric product interfaces.
Project Management And Implementation
- Manage continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders, addressing needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Effectively convey complex ideas, ensuring stakeholders understanding and alignment with product strategies.
Problem Identification And Market Development
- Explore new business opportunities through extensive market research, fostering growth and expanding organizational reach.
- Implement product improvements based on stakeholder feedback, ensuring sustained customer satisfaction and market relevance.
Technology Integration And System Optimization
- Execute technology-related projects, managing stakeholder engagement, resources, budgets, and corporate policies.
- Ensure governance and compliance, safeguarding business operations against risks and vulnerabilities effectively.
