We're looking for an innovative Product Manager to lead the development of new monetization solutions that align customer benefits with long-term financial goals. This role requires close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders and ownership of revenue-driving products.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Strategy & Roadmap: Own and drive the revenue strategy, developing a roadmap that supports sustainable revenue growth.
- Feature & Pricing Innovation: Create and iterate on product features and pricing strategies that increase revenue potential.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, form hypotheses, and develop best-in-class solutions.
- End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Manage product features from ideation through specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration.
- Cross-Team Implementation: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, and user research teams to bring innovative features to life.
- Requirements & Execution: Write and manage requirements, drive feature implementation, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Influence and educate cross-functional teams and leadership to gain buy-in on the product strategy and roadmap.
- Experimentation & Communication: Develop and share experiment roadmaps, hypotheses, and results with team members and leadership.
- Research & Validation: Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to explore and validate new feature ideas.
You Should Apply If You Have
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the B2C segment.
- Previous experience working on UPI payment systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn high-level goals into practical plans.
- Proven success in developing and executing product roadmaps that drive revenue growth.
- Extensive experience with pricing models, bundling, and subscription management.
- Exceptional analytical skills to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data for strategic decisions.
- Strong product intuition and UX sensibilities with a customer-focused approach.
- A self-starter mentality, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure success.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to craft first-rate solutions.
