About Our Client:
Our client is a rapidly expanding UK-based tech startup, recognised for their innovative solutions and dynamic work culture. They are scaling up and are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join their ambitious team.
Your key responsibilities will include developing and building products that align with our customer needs.
Youll spend time doing the following:
The Product Manager is responsible for supporting and executing the requirements and direction of the product roadmap, which includes for the first 3 stages of the product development process from ideation to concept development. Their role is to represent the voice of the customer, clearly articulate and identify known needs, and ideate solutions to meet and exceed those needs in ways that are difficult for competitors to replicate.
They will work closely with sales, CSM, and marketing colleagues to capture and prioritise product development ideas, develop ideas themselves from customer feedback, insights, and market research, and develop concepts for prioritisation to move to project management and tech teams for delivery. This will include providing clear descriptions of the requirements to allow operational, design and tech teams to scope options for execution and ultimately to deliver the product features.
Key responsibilities will include:
Build a portfolio of product development ideas
Conduct research and screen ideas
Develop product concept and options papers
Requirements for the role:
Minimum of 4 years SaaS experience in the fields of HR Tech or HRIS Sales.
Knowledge of SaaS industry.
Previous experience developing international payroll systems.
