- Experience of working in diverse team setup
- Understanding of Agile and Software Development Methodologies
Experience.
- Knowledge in Commodity Trading with deep knowledge in Metals trading (Base Metals, Precious Metals, Concentrates)
- Knowledge in hedging and pricing of contracts (Metals)
- Knowledge in execution and workflow of commodity trading
- Knowledge in different geography business process for Metals trading
- Understanding of foreign currency and applying rates in contracts
- Understanding of quantity and price conversions
- General Understanding of Hedging and Risk Management Concepts
- General understanding of what a position is and how you create a position (long or short)
- Genuine interest is Agriculture, Petroleum, and other Ag products within the food/fuel supply chain.
- Understanding of Commodities value chain and different areas.
- General understanding of Business Analysis methodology
- Previous experience in managing software products.
- Previous experience in ERP software companies or commodity trading software companies
