Experience Required: 2+ years
Responsibilities:
- Roadmap creation.
- Prioritization.
- Stakeholder communication.
- Manage project documentation, including requirements, plans, and reports.
- Monitor project quality to ensure it meets all defined standards.
- Track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
Requirements:
- Experience in project management within the software development industry, preferably Web based (ERP, eCommerce).
- Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and skilled in using Jira or similar task management software.
- Able to create process maps and flowcharts to illustrate current and future workflows.
- Experienced in wireframing, mockups, and prototyping.
- Competent in using Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis.
- Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, and Asana.
- Leadership abilities with the skill to motivate and guide a team.
Bonus Skills:
- Understanding of the web development lifecycle is beneficial.
- Experience with e-commerce development is advantageous.
- Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Prior Experience of managing distributed or remote teams is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS is beneficial.

- Frontend: React, Redux
- Backend: Node.js, Express.js (familiarity preferred)
- 3D Development: Three.js, React Three Fiber (familiarity preferred)
- State Management: Redux
- Cloud Services: AWS (experience with deployment a plus)
