The Product Manager is responsible for supporting on the product development and launch of precision retail media products by collaborating with engineering, UX, onsite, finance and operations and maintain set of KPIs for the success of the product & features.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth in retail media.
- Work closely with internal teams including engineering, UX, data science, AdOps and Ad sales to ensure alignment and successful delivery of retail media products.
- Focus on optimizing the customer experience by integrating retail media seamlessly into the omnichannel shopping journey, ensuring relevance and non-disruptive ad placements.
- Monitor product performance using key metrics (e.g., ROI, customer engagement, ad performance) and implement data-driven strategies to optimize product offerings.
- Ensure all retail media products adhere to relevant data privacy regulations and internal compliance standards.
Minimum Qualifications/education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration or Engineering; or a science degree
- Master's Degree in related field is preferred
Minimum experience
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in retail media, e-commerce, or digital advertising.
- Strong understanding of the retail ecosystem, including online and offline channels, and experience in utilizing data for strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with product lifecycle management tools such as Jira or Asana.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive projects forward and manage cross-functional teams.
