Product Manager Experience 10yrs + Education - B.E /B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MBA (Full time) Job description: Product Manager will be responsible for both product planning and product delivery. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Required Skill: Product Management, People Management, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Requirements Analysis, Pricing, Planning, Competitive Analysis, Sales Planning, Inventory Control, Financial Planning and Strategy Responsibilities and Duties: Define the product strategy and roadmap. Set the long-term vision and strategy for youre the required product/s & communicate this strategy to all of the relevant participants and stakeholders. Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification. Manage from concept to design, sample production, testing, forecast, cost, mass production, promotion, support, and finally, product end of life. Delivers the operating plan: the achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit, and return on investment for all the channels/categories of business and/or key customers Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning, and implementation. Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities Work with relevant stake holders to define the product packaging strategy Work with relevant stake holders for the end to end delivery of the product/s Work with relevant stake holders for handling different crisis situation, hurdles and complications during implementation cycle. Regular review Project Mangers and complete team to ensure the product implementation is in line to the business requirement. Ensuring that the business use cases are well articulated in form of design and the design has the best of customer experience. Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
