We at Jio Platforms, develop and grow various customer-facing applications to support our diverse range of businesses, including telecom, retail, media, and more. As part of our commitment to enhancing the retail experience, we're focusing on crafting a comprehensive platform designed to seamlessly manage every aspect of retail operations for Reliance Retail.
The Seller Central team is building a platform that will empower vendors and sellers within Reliance Retail's ecosystem, facilitating effortless onboarding, streamlined product listing, and efficient order management across diverse business channels such as JioMart, Ajio, Tira, Urban ladder etc. Our goal is to provide a user-friendly interface, robust scalability, seamless integration capabilities, and powerful analytics tools. The team would be working on building, scaling, and customizing the platform for various business needs while meeting the need for constant support and robust security for the platform and its users.
The candidate must have 2+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have created experiences customers love and owned programs that have had outsized impacts for both customers and the business. A passion for solving problems both in width and depth will be a good suit.
Role
Identify customer pain points and product gaps, translate pain point and gaps into product requirements.
Test hypothesis, build wireframe and do user research
Define and monitor key performance metrics to ensure product success and take a data-driven approach to create and iterative products.
Understand business and its nuances, with clarity on how the features they are building affecting the business.
Collaborate with a strong cross-functional team comprising engineers, designers, business and data analysts to drive products for fast paced growth.
Desired Skills And Experience
2-5 years of product management experience in building and shipping consumer products.
Possess strong customer empathy and strive for customer evangelism.
Keen eye for identifying opportunities for business scale and customer experience improvements.
Should be entrepreneurial and possess strong ownership.
A bachelor's degree or master's degree in a numerically inclined discipline such as Engineering, Economics, Commerce, Mathematics preferably from a premium institute.
MBA degree from premier institute and prior startup experience is preferred but not necessary.
