Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in mobile application development.
- Strong understanding of mobile technologies, SaaS, and B2B markets.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy:
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall vision and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
- Product Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to define product requirements and specifications.
- Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Roadmap Planning:
- Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, industry trends, and business goals.
- Continuously iterate on the roadmap to adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Customer Focus:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand user needs and pain points.
- Work closely with the UX/UI team to ensure the development of user-friendly and intuitive interfaces.
- Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective go-to-market strategies, including product launches, promotions, and communication plans.
- Provide sales teams with the necessary product knowledge and tools to effectively promote and sell the product.
- Analytics and Performance Monitoring:
- Utilize analytics tools to track product performance, user engagement, and key performance indicators.
- Derive insights from data to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Education: MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
