We are looking for a proactive Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our internal tools, aimed at enhancing efficiency and improving system clarity within our organization.
What You'll Do
- Product Strategy & Execution: Drive the development of product strategy for internal tools, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and system clarity.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analysis and user advocacy to inform decisions and prioritize initiatives.
- Business Impact Identification: Identify opportunities for business improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to define the roadmap and achieve metrics-based results.
- Engineering Partnership: Collaborate with Engineering to ensure successful product delivery and execution.
- Stakeholder Advocacy: Represent internal stakeholders, defining workflows that are both delightful and impactful.
- Subject-Matter Expertise: Act as the expert on best practices for connecting systems efficiently and accurately.
- Clear Communication: Synthesize complex information and strategic requirements, crafting clear product requirements and effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical partners.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, and take accountability for ongoing success metrics and criteria.
You Should Apply If You Have
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in the B2B segment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of translating high-level goals into actionable plans.
- Expertise in platform integrations and optimizing internal tools.
- A reputation as the go-to person for internal stakeholders regarding workstream enhancements.
- A strategic and practical mindset for developing an internal tools strategy that meets both short-term and long-term objectives.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to quantify both qualitative and quantitative data for informed product and strategic decisions.
- Strong product intuition and UX design sensibilities, with a user-centric approach.
- A self-starter mentality, able to deliver results with minimal supervision while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves and go the extra mile to ensure success.
- The ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop top-tier solutions.
