Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Product Manager at Hyperbots Inc. in Bengaluru. The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and launch products and features for finance, ensuring seamless integration with ERP, CRM, and other applications. They will also work on configuring the product to meet specific client needs, conducting market research, and analyzing product metrics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Product Management, Project Management, and Agile methodologies skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of finance processes or AI technologies like:

1. Chart of accounts and General Ledger
2. Accounts payable
3. Accounts receivable
4. Employee Expense reimbursements
5. Strong accounting knowledge
6. Procure to Pay process

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in market research and data analysis
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 2-3 years of product experience
• Having worked as a PM in ERPs like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Quickbooks, Bill.com, SAGE etc
