Product Vision & Roadmap: Develop the product vision and roadmap for custom application development, modernization, and support services, incorporating proprietary IP and accelerators. Align the product roadmap with market trends, customer needs, and business goals.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and solution architects to design and deliver high-quality products on schedule and within budget. Work with teams to drive product development, resolve technical challenges, and enhance customer experience.

IP & Accelerators Management: Leverage proprietary IP, tools, and accelerators to improve delivery speed, reduce costs, and enhance product capabilities. Ensure accelerators are optimized for reusability and scalability across different customer projects.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for innovation. Analyze competitive products and position the company's offerings effectively in the marketplace.

Product Lifecycle Management: Own the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including continuous improvement post-launch based on market feedback and evolving technology landscapes.

Client Engagement: Engage with key clients to gather feedback, understand use cases, and ensure that products address specific challenges in application modernization, cloud migration, and support services.

Performance Metrics: Define and monitor KPIs for product success, such as customer satisfaction, time-to-market (TTM), product adoption, and financial performance. Drive continuous improvements based on these metrics.

Customization & Personalization: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs across different industries and customize solutions using accelerators for specific verticals and customer environments.

Product Support & Scalability: Work closely with support teams to ensure products are scalable, reliable, and maintainable. Develop processes to streamline support and enhance customer satisfaction.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, ensuring proper positioning and messaging for target customers.

Agile Methodology: Apply Agile and Lean principles in product development, driving iterative improvement and quick delivery of high-value features.

Skills & Experience

Product Management Expertise: 8+ years of experience in product management, specifically in the areas of custom application development, modernization, or digital transformation services.

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), application development frameworks, microservices architecture, and legacy-to-cloud modernization processes. Experience with accelerators, automation tools, and custom application development frameworks.

IP & Accelerators: Experience managing proprietary IP and developing reusable tools and accelerators to enhance speed-to-market and reduce cost.

Market Research & Strategy: Ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to define product strategy and positioning.

Customer-Centric Approach: Proven track record of translating customer needs into successful product features and solutions that address specific modernization challenges.

Agile & Lean Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile development environment with a focus on iterative development and continuous delivery.

Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams, executives, and clients. Ability to lead product strategy discussions and present product roadmaps.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Certifications:

Certifications in Product Management (e.g., CPM, CSPO, or equivalent) preferred.

Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred.

Experience: 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 8 years in product management related to application development, modernization, or support services.
