Job Description: Product Manager (Agile Expert)

Location: Venture X, Silverton, Sector 50, Gurugram, India.

Salary: 4.8 LPA - 7.2 LPA

Experience: 1- 3 Years

We seek an exceptional Product Manager with extensive expertise in Agile product management to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will drive the development and success of our products, ensure alignment with company objectives, and deliver outstanding value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy and Vision:

- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and drive product innovation

- Translate company objectives into actionable product goals and initiatives

2. Agile Product Development:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle using Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and quality assurance, to ensure efficient and effective product delivery

- Define and prioritize product backlog items, user stories, and acceptance criteria

- Manage product releases and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements

3. Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, executives, and cross-functional teams

- Communicate product progress, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders effectively

- Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders to inform product decisions and improvements

4. Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Utilize data analytics and user feedback to gain insights into product performance and user behavior

- Make data-driven decisions to optimize product features, user experience, and business outcomes

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement

5. Continuous Improvement:

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices within the product team

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Agile methodologies to drive innovation

- Encourage experimentation, rapid iteration, and learning from failures to deliver better products faster

Requirements:

- Proven track record of successfully delivering products using Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)

- Deep understanding of Agile principles, practices, and ceremonies

- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Experience with data analysis and using metrics to drive product decisions

- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello)

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
