Product Manager

What You'll Do

Lead the product strategy and vision, setting clear goals and KPIs for the product team

Research user behavior, create prototypes, write PRDs to explain the requirements in detail, and create a go-live plan

Work on building MVPs and ship them with excellent quality

Perform product demos to internal teams and customers

Test features with QA teams to ensure the highest quality

Analyze and deliver data metrics for features

Analyze market trends and maintain an awareness of competitor activity

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product development and launch

Qualifications / Skills

4-6 years of product management experience, preferably in the FinTech industry

Engineering background is a major plus

Proven experience in creating prototypes and using tools such as Postman, Miro, Google Analytics, Retool, Mixpanel etc.

Experience with working on Mobile Apps

A track record of successfully defining and launching great features

Customer-centric with a high degree of ownership

An individual who thinks from first principles, challenges the status quo, and is driven by data
