Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager at GENO PHARMACEUTICALS PVT LTD in Mumbai. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and marketing of pharmaceutical products, conducting market research, defining product strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Strong project management and leadership abilities
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field

Product Manager / Brand Manager:

Job Description / Responsibilities:

1.      Analysing market competition & conducting market research to identify opportunities, threats &key issues for BU portfolio.

2.      Developing marketing strategies & programs to address key issues for BU portfolio.

3.      Developing innovative & informative promotional programs for augmenting field force in-clinic discussions efforts.

4.      Controlling & monitoring expenses to maximize ROI.

5.      Coordinating across sales team & other functions to resolve various product related issues from time to time.

6.      Field work to understand market, evaluate implementation of cycle campaigns, monitor key competitors’ activities & gain insights through in-clinic customer interactions.

7.      Initiate & be part of scientific activities conduct in tandem with sales team for defined campaigns.

8.      Participating as team player in all BU activities.

Desired profile of the candidate:

1.      The incumbent candidate is expected to work under dynamic environment being responsible for half of BU portfolio growth.

2.      She/He should have prior experience of having handled brand building for BU growth through robust brand strategies & execution.

3.      She/He should have handled brands worth minimum 10 Crores.
