Job Description FuelBuddy is seeking talented and motivated Product Managers with 2-4 years of experience to join our fast-growing team. As a Frontend Developer, you will play a pivotal role in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will be working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development, launch, and ongoing improvement of our products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in product management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving innovation in the energy sector. Key Responsibilities Product Ownership: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualization to launch and ongoing optimization. Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritising features and enhancements based on market trends, customer needs, and business priorities. Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse customer feedback to understand user needs and preferences, incorporating insights into product development and improvement. Metrics and Analytics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success. Utilise analytics and data-driven insights to make informed decisions. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to drive the successful development and launch of products. Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals in alignment with company objectives. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes, providing insights to inform product decisions. User Experience: Advocate for an exceptional user experience by collaborating with design teams to ensure products meet high usability standards. Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product updates and milestones to internal and external stakeholders, including executives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Prior experience in a technical role is highly desirable. Proven experience (2-4 years) in product management, with a track record of successful product launches. Strong understanding of B2B and B2C customer applications, internal operations platforms, marketing and product analytics Strong experience in product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of technology and trends in the tech industry, with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with first-principle thinking, design thinking and user-centred design.
