Product Manager

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager for Germany and Canada. The ideal candidate will have 1-11 years of experience in the job market context of India, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products. The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring the product meets customer needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product management
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new product opportunities
• Define and manage the product roadmap, working closely with engineering, design, and other teams to prioritize features and enhancements
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure the product meets customer needs and drives business growth
• Track and analyze product performance metrics and use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and strategy

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 1-11 years of experience in product management or a related field
• Strong understanding of the product development process and agile methodologies
• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
• Knowledge of software development processes and technologies
