Role Definition
The Product Manager is responsible for driving the success of the product and contributing to the overall business strategy and vision. This role entails prioritizing customer needs, developing the product roadmap, and collaborating with technical, sales, and marketing teams to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
Product Management:
- Lead the entire product lifecycle process, including market research, competitive analysis, customer needs assessment, product planning, positioning, roadmap creation, and product launch.
- Develop comprehensive product strategy documents, technical and business requirements, revenue projections, and ROI analysis.
- Collaborate with Sales & Operations to identify new business opportunities and evaluate new product ideas.
- Partner with various departments or consulting firms to conduct relevant research or studies.
Marketing Communication & Promotion
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the organization's products in the market.
- Communicate the latest scientific information through regular meetings with the Marketing team to internal and external stakeholders.
- Undertake medical writing for publications and internal purposes, supporting marketing teams in brand promotions.
- Create collateral and sales tools to support the selling process, including promotional materials for the brand.
Scientific Engagement With Customers
- Plan and execute medico marketing activities with the Sales & Marketing Department.
- Organize and conduct RTMs and CMEs to engage with healthcare professionals and discuss product-related scientific insights..
- Plan and implement scientific engagement activities to strengthen relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Training
- Promote the product to various teams and train marketing, operations, and field sales employees on tests, products, and services during onboarding and new product launches.
- Provide technical information support to the internal team related to the subject area.
Product Performance And Analysis
- Lead, manage, and execute control and monitoring activities to review product performance.
- Compile, validate, organize, and update data and findings.
- Manage the Sales and Marketing teams to promote continuous quality improvement in product management processes.
