Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hiring Product Manager for a Mumbai based D2C company
Job Responsibilities:
Product Management:
- Formulate and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for products, monitor their performance, and contribute to achieving growth targets.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data throughout the product development cycle to extract user and market insights.
- Execute A/B experiments to test hypotheses, measure impact, and refine strategies.
- Identify usage patterns and develop actionable plans to enhance product KPIs.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product owners, designers, and growth teams to ensure alignment across all aspects of product development.
Product Roadmap Support:
- Aid in crafting transparent product roadmaps, including feature prioritization, timelines, and resource allocation.
Release Planning:
- Draft detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), lead product development processes using Agile/Scrum methodologies, and oversee deliverables.
User Research:
- Conduct user research, surveys, interviews, and usability tests to gather insights, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
Market Research:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, offering insights to shape product strategy and development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields is preferred.
- Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience in a product management or product analytics role is mandatory.
- Proficient understanding of fundamental concepts in product analytics.
- Strong interest in Product Management with an ambition to evolve into a Product Owner.
- High proficiency in SQL; Familiarity with Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and A/B testing is preferred.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience in Product Management or Product Analytics roles.
- Previous experience on an ecommerce platform is advantageous.
- Someone who has experience in platform analytics, product platforms, tech development etc.
- Look for people who are in the B2C / D2C space (look up all d2c companies) who have experience in building product platforms and who can think about customer experience on the platform.
