Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile and experienced Product Manager/Designer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of product management and design skills, capable of driving product strategy, preparing detailed user flows, and creating exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities:

- Define product requirements, create specifications, and manage the product roadmap.
- Prepare detailed user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Conduct market research and analyze the competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and customer support to ensure successful product launches.
- Gather and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to guide product improvements.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and enhance product designs.
- Maintain and update design systems and documentation.
- Track and report on product performance, user engagement metrics, and design impact.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management and design.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager and/or Product Designer.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and user-centered design principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
- Experience with user flow design, wireframing, and creating high-fidelity mockups.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or Master's degree preferred).
