Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for our credit card products. This role will focus on enhancing the customer experience across multiple digital touchpoints, including our website, mobile app, and various marketing channels. As a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external agencies, you will be responsible for driving marketing projects while ensuring a seamless user interface (UI) and user experience (UX), aligning with our overall vision.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the credit card portfolio, aimed at driving customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- UI/UX Oversight: Collaborate with agencies to ensure that the UI/UX for web and app interfaces aligns with the latest design principles, improving customer journeys from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
- Customer Experience Management: Continuously refine and improve digital customer journeys across web and app platforms, ensuring a user-friendly, intuitive experience that drives customer satisfaction.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Coordinate with multiple external agencies (UI/UX design, digital marketing, and creative) to ensure timely delivery of all marketing projects and platform enhancements.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, tech, compliance, and operations to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and strategic objectives.
- Website & App Design: Lead initiatives to optimize website content, design, and HTML elements, improving engagement and conversion rates for credit card applications.
- App Journeys: Own the end-to-end app experience for credit cardholders, working with tech teams to implement features that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Marketing Project Management: Lead and manage digital marketing projects, collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure high-quality output and project success.
- HTML & Design Collaboration: Partner with design and development teams to ensure effective implementation of HTML-based elements across digital touchpoints.
- PPT & Presentation Skills: Craft and deliver high-quality presentations for senior leadership, effectively communicating project progress, performance, and strategic insights.
- Copywriting & Content: Work closely with copywriters or contribute directly to the creation of compelling copy and content that resonates with diverse target audiences.
- Market Trends & Competitor Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the credit card and digital banking space to continuously innovate and evolve our strategy.
- Follow-Up & Execution: Maintain strong project management skills to ensure deadlines are met, regularly follow up with stakeholders, and deliver all initiatives on time and within scope.

Post-graduation: Any Postgraduate
Experience:5 10 years of relevant experience.
