Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for development of product CVP and portfolio strategies for affluent segment of customers.
- Responsible for product life-cycle, product P&L, driving acquisition and usage campaigns for the portfolio.
- Understanding the needs of customer in the affluent space, and identifying opportunities to drive business growth with an enhanced customer experience.
- Deep-dive into affluent consumer behavior from both primary and secondary researches of both internal & external data - trend spotting, data analysis, complaint/query data analysis to arrive at behavioral insights and pain-points and areas of improvement
- Lead Product portfolio management activities including regular reviews, driving activation, activity & spends on the portfolio along with risk management.
- Competitive benchmarking of similar products in the industry. Recommend and provide insights on innovative trends and continuously upgrade the product accordingly with an aim to increase the product market share
- Partner Management by driving engagement with partners to create value for customer, generate new opportunities for acquisition and manage relationship with the feature partners.
- Conceptualizing & executing tactical promotions and offers to build engagement and drive acquisition and usage on the portfolio.
- Working closely with cross functional team like operations, marketing, sales, credit, risk technology and other support channels to design the processes that deliver best-in-class service to the customer
- Enable product sales by communicating product features to the sales team and supporting with necessary product training there by also enabling them to address immediate customer queries and complaints
- Own the product P&L by overseeing the financial performance of the product, identifying opportunities and gaps and then develop or modify the business strategies accordingly
- Prepare & present reports and provide insight and data-driven recommendations to senior management
- Oversee the customer journey from acquisition to retention -Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution and also maintain fees and charges pertaining to affluent product
Requirement
- Pro-active in approach & Self-motivated individual with min 10 years experience in product role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Pro customer approach with a focus on providing enhanced experience to customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication with creative thinking & problem solving skills
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to follow through on execution to deliver tangible business results
- Understanding of Credit Cards Product will be an added advantage.
